Situated in the SCBD, Sudirman Central Business District, Jakarta’s most prestigious mixed-use district, this 500m2 penthouse was completed by Studio RWA in 2018 covering interior design and project management. The design concept draws from the feeling of a high end hotel retreat, the kind of space that makes everyday living feel like a vacation. Clean contemporary lines form the architectural foundation while timeless classic furniture pieces add warmth and personality, preventing the space from feeling cold or overly minimal. Each area of the penthouse was carefully decorated to maintain that resort like quality throughout, from the main living areas down to the private bedrooms. The result is a luxury Jakarta penthouse that feels perpetually welcoming, sophisticated enough to impress, relaxed enough to genuinely live in.
