Located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, this 600m2 residence is currently in progress with an expected completion in 2028, covering interior design and project management by Studio RWA. The design philosophy centers on warmth; creating a home that feels genuinely inviting rather than merely impressive. Textures, materials, lighting, and spatial layout were all chosen with the singular goal of balancing comfort and style in every room. The home spans multiple floors and includes a foyer, living room with staircase feature, dining and pantry area, master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom, guest bedroom and bathroom, kids bedroom, study room, vanity room, cold lounge, attic space, and a seating room. This breadth of programming meant every space needed its own design response while maintaining a cohesive warmth throughout the entire home.
