Located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, PIK, North Jakarta, Lotus Residence 1 is one half of a unique twin project completed by Studio RWA in 2026. Two 800m2 homes were built side by side on the same plot, one for a brother, one for a sister, sharing identical architecture but each receiving a completely individual interior. This page documents the first home, designed with an American classic style that balances the warmth of traditional detailing with the ease of contemporary living. The spaces include a foyer, living room, dining area, pantry, baking kitchen, family room, salon, working room, guest bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom, powder room, and corridor; each carrying through the same design language while giving every room its own distinct character. The companion project, Lotus Residence 2, shares the same address but tells an entirely different design story.
