Set in the Pejaten area of Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, this 800m2 three-storey residence was completed by Studio RWA in 2020 as a full-scope project covering architecture, interior design, and project management. The design takes an American modern approach with a warmer, more personal touch, carefully chosen colors and layered details give each floor its own atmosphere while maintaining a cohesive feel throughout the home. The standout feature is a custom pendant light that runs continuously through all three levels of the home, anchoring the vertical space and becoming the defining architectural moment of the interior. The result is a home that feels considered and characterful, balancing the clean lines of modern American style with genuine warmth and personality.
