The living room anchors the design with a soaring coffered timber ceiling, classic raised wall moulding, and a curated seating arrangement in warm sand and linen tones that feels effortlessly liveable. A full-height steel-framed window wall dissolves the boundary between interior and landscape, flooding the space with green dappled light from the surrounding garden and extending outward to a pool terrace beyond; bringing the Californian ideal of indoor-outdoor living to the heart of Jakarta. Wide-plank oak hardwood flooring, polished marble borders, and a statement ribbed-glass chandelier complete a material palette that is refined without being rigid, classic without being precious. At 1,000 m², Studio RWA designed not a series of formal rooms, but a home with genuine flow; unhurried, elegant, and entirely at home in Kemang.
